Canterwood is a first class residential gated community of over 700 homes with common areas and recreational facilities covering approximately 700 treed acres near Gig Harbor, Washington. The Canterwood development consists of 14 divisions with several different builders, architectural styles, and is considered a premier area to live in the South Puget Sound. The development broke ground in 1988 and the final phase completed in 2020.
